Cricket kids start this weekend

The first round of Cumbria Junior Cricket League fixtures starts this weekend.

The league is, for the 2008 season, trialling a tiered structure at Under-13 and Under-15 for the very first time, while the Under-11 League continues to operate on a regional basis.

The tiered Premier/Division One structure means that every team will have something to play for right up to the end of the season.

The league has its own website www.cumbriajuniorcricket.com where details of all this seasons fixtures can be found. The website also provides a link to every participating club, with directions to the ground and details of each clubs scheduled summer training night(s)
