Decision won’t be Football League’s

MR MCILMOYLE does not seem to understand that if any points are returned it is not the Football League that will be doing it.

The Football League do not wish to return any points and that is why there is arbitration, which was only agreed to after the threat of court action.

The return of any points or not is out of their hands.

It is the arbitration panel that will make the final binding decision.
